White Hat Architecture believes that keeping up the highest environmental standards
sorrounding the architect can define the internal behaviour of an architectonic element.
Project Summary |
Located in a little village to the north of Beijing, Huairou shows us
the tranquility (regarding) about the mountain surrounded by a great landscape ;
away from the big city just 50 km away, it becomes the ideal place to enjoy a
contemplative reading or only remain calm. Recognized in the region as the “
oxygen bar” its a big value for Beijing in favor to handle the quality to the
enviromental and the ecosystem.
The Liyuan´s Library shows
us the simplicity about building it, using simple elements like wood, the
interior looks so cozy than you start to feel at home, you forget the public sensation and you begin to enjoy
the space destined for reading. You discover the outside surface by a coating,
through a screen made by thin logs, which create a harmony
where this architectonic element stands, it is placed
in rows to allow filtered Light and the interior iluminated perfectly; creating
thus spectacular landscapes where the mixed colours light, warm, joy during the
spring and colours pale, cold and for gloomy moments during the winter.
